Welcome to the MosaicSmalti.com Online Store.

Every order is important to us- no matter the size- and we understand that speed is of the essence. Most orders are filled the same day and shipped via UPS within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Because Orsoni smalti is completely handmade, there are occasionally slight variations in tone between different batches of a color.  This is rare, but it happens.  We suggest that you order the total amount of a color you will need for a project if an exact color match is required.

Payments:     

MosaicSmalti.com accepts secure online credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For your convenience, you can create your own MosaicSmalti.com Account which will automatically pre-fill your billing and shipping addresses for your purchases. This information is strictly secure and will not be shared, sold, or traded with anyone. Your credit card information is never stored on our server and is deleted once your order is processed.  (An account is NOT required to purchase online from MosaicSmalti)

Payment by check, money order or PayPal can easily be arranged by placing your order by telephone or email. We will send an email confirmation of your phone and email orders and ship your order upon receipt of payment. Checks and money orders should be sent to: MosaicSmalti.com, 1285 Orleans Road,  Harwich, MA 02645.    PayPal payments can be made to: info@mosaicsmalti.com

Shipping:

At MosaicSmalti.com, every effort is made to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order.   The delivery time will depend upon the shipping method chosen, and the distance from our location in Massachusetts.    

UPS Shipping is our default shipping option.  At Check Out, you will be given the option to choose your preferred shipping method from various UPS Shipping Options:   UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight. (UPS Overnight orders need to be placed by 12:00 noon EST.)   UPS requires a physical address for all shipments. 

With your permission, we can also ship via USPS Priority Mail if we find that we can ship your order faster/cheaper using this method.  There is a box to check during check out to give MosaicSmalti permission to substitute USPS Shipping if it will save you money or speed up delivery of your order.  If a substitution is made, we will refund the difference in cost ot your credit card.   

International Orders:

We are happy to serve our international clients!  Our Canadian friends are welcome to use the Online Store.  The cost for shipping via USPS Airmail will be automatically calculated.   Delivery to most locations in Canada take about 5-7 business days and all orders over 4 lbs must be sent via USPS Priority mail, which may be more than calculated. In that case we will notify you of what the increased postage will be.  Be advised that USPS has recently raised all their prices.

For those outside of the US and Canada,  please follow this easy procedure to place an international order with MosaicSmalti:

1.  Send us an email at info@mosaicsmalti.com including your name, mailing address, and a list of the items and their quantity that you would be interested in.

2.  We will respond with an Order Confirmation, including actual shipping costs to your address. 

3.  After you've reviewed the Confirmation and decided to move forward with the order,  we can collect your form of payment.  You can provide us with a credit card via email, fax or phone-- or we will send you a PayPal invoice.

4.  Upon payment, we will imeediately ship your order and send you tracking number to follow your package. 

 You may also call us at (508)432-5369 .  We will provide you with a quote for shipping charges at that time.   For international orders, we prefer payment be made by PayPal sent to info@ mosaicsmalti.com.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  

Special Orders:

In addition to the standard palette, Orsoni makes almost every color in the rainbow.  We will be continually adding additional colors from the specialty palette to our in-stock supply.  Let us know what you would like to see!    All other specialty colors can easily  be ordered through MosaicSmalti.com.  Simply provide us with a color sample and we will check the Orsoni  'library'  for a perfect match.  Delivery for special orders from Italy require only about 2-3 weeks and there are no minumum requirements.  There are also larger sizes of smalti and gold available by special order. Office Hours:

While our Online Store is open for business 24 hours a day, our office hours are 9:00 - 2:00 EST, Monday-Friday.  

While we do not have a formal 'storefront',  friends and customers may visit our shop BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We are located in Harwich, MA on Cape Cod and you can reach us at 508-432-5369 .
